Forcemeat filling machine N2-ITL218 is designed for batching stuffing mix, molding it into meatballs/patties and filling cans No. 2, 3 and 8 with it (7 pcs a can).
The loaded mix can have various ingredients:
fish, meat, with addition of vegetables.
Changeability of forming bench allows for producing either
7 small meatballs or 3-4 large meatballs.
Depending on the finished product, N2-ITL218 is meatball- or a patty-making machine.
It is also suitable for cabbage-meat cutlets production.
The finished product can be put in a can or loaded onto the conveyor belt.
Smooth capacity control (45-100 cans a minute) makes it possible to place the machine at any production line to automatize the process.
N2-ITL218 can be used together with vegetable packer N40-INA140 for fish-meat-vegetable canned food production.
It is handled by a single operator.
Operating principle:
The stuffing mix is served to screw feed hopper, from which it is transported to the lower bottom surface of the wheel disc by a rotating auger and pressed into cylindrical chambers formed by piston raising.
As the wheel moves, the pistons move up and down and press portions of the stuffing mix into the can.
The cans are served from the charging outlet continuously.
The cans are pushed one by one by a push bar installed under the wheel disc, transported synchronously with mix filling heads and discharged from the machine through the chute.
The machine has a piston shaking function for releasing the pistons from the stuck stuffing.
A scraper is fixed on the machine to ensure cleaning of the bottom part of the wheel disc surface.
