Machine can be used on fishing vessels and onshore fish processing plants. It can work in the production line and individually.
The machine is operated by two persons: on the stages of loading and additional cleaning of fish.
The basic principle of work:
Fillets are laid manually by the piece in position “skin side down and head cut forward on the guide”. Then the fish is manually moved to skin gripping roller, which teeth bring fillets nearer to the knife that cut the skin. A strip of skin is drawn into the gap between the shoe and the roller. During the rotation of the roller skin is stripped from all over the fillets and thrown down on the fettling barrel.
Skin gripping roller is cleaned from skin with the assistance of teeth of fettling barrel.
Wastes are dumped into the tank waste. Skinless fillet comes out on top of the shoe and rolls down on the table.
