The device can be used for work on coastal plants and fishing vessels for cutting freshwater and ocean fish in the carcass, fillet and side.
Number of personnel involved - 1 person.
N2-IRA180 is performed in two-pass design with a common drive for the two streams. The first stream is designed for evisceration, the second - for cleaning the abdominal cavity from blood clots and kidney.
Key process steps:
1. Rupturing the abdomen to the anus
Fish is manually loaded into the tray "belly down and head forward", then it moves to the disk knife. With the help of a clamping shoe it is passed over a disc knife, cutting fish through the belly to the anus. On the evisceration and afterpurification fish must come with a remote head, and if necessary with remote fins and scales.
2. Removing viscera
Fish, based the backbone on visor, which cover disk knife and guide, is passed through gutting disk, removing the viscera by the use of radial plates. Divergent rods, located in front of gutting disk, serve to preliminary opening of abdominal leafs.
3. Cleaning the abdominal cavity, using brush disk
Fish is manually moved to the second stream, centered and based on the guide. With the help of a clamping shoe the fish is passed through the brush disk, cleaning the abdominal cavity from the kidney and blood clots.
The device is equipped with a hydraulic system, designed for flushing waste from the working tools. The set of electrical equipment and automation consists of electric motor, push-button control, electric vault (start-protective and signaling equipment).
