Number of involved personnel: 1 person at loading stage, 2 persons on stage of leftover entrails removing.
The device is configured to the required form and size of fish. Water supply to the working bodies is regulated.
The basic principle of work:
Headless fish is laid into the inclined V-shaped tray in position “back-up” and under its own weight slides to the tracker, above which there are two twin conical disk feeders for moving the carcass.
Wheels move the carcass to the knife for rupturing the abdominal cavity and to spreading mechanism, opening belly and directing it to the knife for cutting out the rib bones. The gap between the spreading mechanism and knife is regulated so as to provide the cutting out bones with minimal loss of meat.
Then carcass goes to filleting knife for cutting the spinal bone together with the dorsal and caudal fins. Water is supplied to the working bodies. Ready fillets and waste are derived from the device.
