The design of the machine provides the overturn of the can bottom-up and its processing by open steam in this position. Already canned fish is warmed up and is transferred to the oil/sauce filling stage. After scalding the can is showered with water and then dried. The can is discharged from the machine by the load-unload siding.
It is one-man operated – occasionally, for setting.
